I had such an amazing first-time experience with The Total Event Florist. I placed my order for a gift basket directly on their website and it was a pretty straight forward process; from browsing their different options/pricing, adding the details of my order, scheduling the delivery and checking out. I received my order confirmation right away. My biggest take on this company is that their customer service is just wonderful. My concern for these types of orders is what the recipients receive is not always what was described (I had experiences from other companies -big and small- where the actual product was just simply sad). And so, I had reached out to their order support email with my order number to see if it’s possible for them to send me a photo of the actual basket before having it delivered - I just wanted to see what it would look like. I understood that it might not have been possible, seeing that I’m sure they have many other orders to tackle and it might’ve been too much of a hassle to do for one person. Not too long after, I was excited to see I received a reply from Frank who said that they sure can send me a photo and that they will text it to me. The same night, Frank did send the photo. The arrangements were gorgeous! I was quite happy with the results and was really excited for my recipients to receive it. Next day, delivery went great. Overall, amazing experience with this company; from their products to customer service. Frank seemed to be my point person for this entire transaction and they went above and beyond to make me comfortable and satisfied - thanks a bunch Frank! Will definitely be using them again!
